Preparing for a Treatment
It's important to remember to schedule your treatments so that they don't fall within an hour of taking medication.
Comfortable loose clothing and shoes that are easy to slip off are recommended.
Avoid having a treatment immediately after a heavy meal.
Do not consume alcohol prior to a treatment, nor immediately after one.
Allow 75 minutes for the session, this includes the treatment and time to talk or ask questions.
Complementary therapies do not take the place of conventional medicine. Always consult a GP for an acute or infectious condition and problems of urgent concern. Complementary therapies work effectively alongside orthodox healthcare, so expanding treatment options.
Treatments are by appointment only and any applicable vouchers must be presented on the day of treatment.
Please give at least 24 hours notice if cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This helps me plan my time and allows someone else the benefit of booking the free slot.
